Homecare Planning Solutions provides assistance with home care and Medicaid for home care in all five New York City (NYC) boroughs: Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan (New York County), The Bronx, and Staten Island (Richmond County). We also provide services in Nassau County, Suffolk County, Westchester County, Orange County, and Rockland County. Please note that not all services may be available in all locations.
